Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program

Information for Seniors with CSFP Yellow Cards

Providing Arizona Seniors with fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers markets and farm stands.

The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) is a USDA program that aims to expand low-income seniors' access to fresh produce and support local farmers.

Once a year, seniors who participate in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program can obtain a
$50 SFMNP coupon booklet by visiting an approved farmers markets or farm stand. SFMNP coupons, once obtained, can be spent on fresh, Arizona-grown produce at the approved farmers markets and farm stands.

Do I Qualify?

Senior participants of the Farmers Market Nutrition Program must:
  • Be at least 60 years of age and
  • Participate in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), also commonly known as the Senior Food Box Program

If you do not have a yellow CSFP card, please visit the page for Income Eligible Seniors.
