STEP 1

​Bring your Yellow CSFP Card to a participating market. Go to the Information Booth

STEP 2

Show your yellow CFSP card to the market staff

STEP 3

Receive $100 worth of coupons to spend on fresh Arizona - grown fruits and vegetables

Do I Qualify?

Senior participants of the Farmers Market Nutrition Program must:
  • Be at least 60 years of age and
  • Participate in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), also commonly known as the Senior Food Box Program

What is the commodity supplemental food program
The Commodity Senior Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income persons who are at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with a monthly package of nutritious food at no cost. CSFP foods are purchased by the state from United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) division.
The Commodity Senior Food Program is also known as the “Commodity Supplemental Food Program” and “Food Plus”.
