WIC FMNP Application

Start your application for WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program coupons. WIC participants may receive one $50 coupon booklet per household, limited to once per year. This program is first come first served based on the availability of funding.

At least one member of your household must be an active WIC benefit recipient on the day that you apply. Eligible WIC FMNP recipient categories are: infants age 6 months or older, children age 1-5 years, and women and adults designated by WIC as pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding.

Senior FMNP Application

Start your application for Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program. Eligible seniors may receive one $50 coupon, limited to once a year. This program is first come first served based on availability of funding.

Seniors must be at least 60 years of age and meet income eligibility of at or below185% of the Federal Poverty Level to qualify for coupons. Income eligibility details are available on the Senior FMNP page.
